It's Wednesday and Dougie & Minda are today's host of the Wake Up Late with Dougie Show.  Minda starts the morning with depressing news from a scientist in England who says its time to run to the hills.  We have lost the fight against Global Warming & people should start moving to climate controlled areas.....Dougie asks, "How important is to Americans that Russia is planning on taking over Ukraine?"  This as pro-Russian activists stir up riots in the street of Ukraine.....Here's an idea, to solve drought, we just need to get everyone to head to the beach with their wet vac and suck up the water to be sent to the drought areas....Dougie then expresses the importance of having mentors.....Minda's last trip to Cape Canaveral was interesting because it seemed very pro-Russia propaganda during all the tours....Minda is concerned that the US will be cutting it's nuclear missiles from 500 to 450..... Dougie says no worries, US has new technology now, like the "Rail Gun" and our new Stealthy battleships that are equipped with lasers and rail guns....Dougie and Minda discuss Obama care and how people will be shocked when they get their renewal rates on their health insurance....Dougie tells us how well the Patriot Act helped to eliminate or curtail money laundering in the banking system....Scientist have discovered that Sneezes and Coughs travel much farther than we originally thought.....Game of Thrones has been renewed for two more seasons....Reverend Al Sharpton was an informant on the Mob for the FBI.....Obama and Republicans battle for equal pay for woman.Tune in Tues-Fri 10am-12pm at www.weinetwork.com Also, we are now on Stitcher if you need to listen to the show on the go or on your cell phone or tablet.

Good morning listeners &  welcome to a new week of shows here on the Wake Up Late with Dougie Show.  It's Tuesday and Tim Hanlon joins Dougie in the studio along with local comic, Jacky Beren.  Tonight Dougie & Tim compete for a spot in the South Beach Comedy Festival.....Dougie still has trophies in his office and explains why....Dougie & Tim are scheduled to do a gig in Palm Coast this Thursday night.  Unfortunately just last week, a guy dressed like Rambo, attacked two patrons with an Uzi machine gun and hunting knife in the same club.  Let's hope it gets canceled....Dougie preps Tim for this Saturday nights Wise Guy Comedy Show at Goldfinger Gentleman's Club in Ft. Lauderdale....Jacky discusses the challenges of running her comedy room, Gigi's.....Tim shares a story of one of his nightmare gigs with his band at a strip club.  This inspires Dougie to give all the young men listening some strip club advice.....Then in the News, "Lady fakes quintuplet pregnancy cause the internet if filled with lies"....Dougie gets into a discussion about the good ole days hanging in South Beach...."Guy in Walmart sucks a 18 year old girl's toes posing as a Podiatrist student"  While pulling up this story, Dougie realizes there are several of these stories on line....."Judge Joe Brown gets sent to jail for contempt"....Tim is doing pretty well with his "March Madness" Bracket.....& everyone shares they all have a fear of heights.
